原盘编码质量尚可，作为 FHD 三渲二动画，细节不可谓不丰富。可惜摊上了极品监督，赛车场景无尽跑圈，一帧一动，枯燥且无用，徒增欠码瑕疵。日常部分则构图简单，敷衍之外所剩无几，毫无诚意。全片噪点不多，有序抖动倒是不少，但没起到正面作用，极限欠码下色带依旧，抖动和 FHD 细节混在一起反而不好处理。我们主要就是码率自适应去色块消除欠码，然后较轻的去色带、抗锯齿、自适应降噪，保留细节增强观感。同时我们还调整了编码参数，确保细节尽量不被破坏，同时控制码率。不过细节和动态是铁板钉钉的，成品体积还是比以往更大一些。另外考虑到这片有极多的细节，常规处理强度都较低，因此细节保留的同时也留下了抖动，就当是特效吧。
The source encoding quality is decent, and as a cel-shading FHD anime, it offers plenty of detail. Unfortunately, it's staked on an oddball director, and the racing scenes are endless laps, frame by frame, boring and useless, compounding the insufficient bitrate and artifact issues. The nichijou parts are simply composed, with little left beyond the perfunctory and devoid of sincerity. There's not much grain in the film, but there is noticeable ordered dithering, which doesn't improve the overall quality. Banding is still there at the limit of insufficient bitrate, dithering and FHD details are mixed in a way that's not easy to deal with. Our main processing included bitrate-adaptive de-blocking to address the insufficient bitrate, followed by milder de-banding, anti-aliasing, and adaptive denoising to preserve details and enhance the viewing experience. We also tweaked the encoder settings to ensure that the details are as uncorrupted as possible while controlling the bitrate. The details and dynamics are definitively present, though, and the final file size is still a bit larger than before. Given the extensive details in this piece, we kept regular processing intensity low to preserve them, though some dithering remains—let's treat it as a visual effect.
